Woman dies in freak accident in Kasaragod

Kasaragod: A woman died in an accident in Manjeshwar on her birthday. Thuminad Laksham Veedu colony resident Jaysheel Chummi (20) died from choking after the shawl she was wearing got stuck in a grinder.

Jaysheel was working at a bakery in Thuminad. The accident happened while she was handling the grinder. It is learnt that she died on the spot. The mortal remains are shifted to Mangalpady taluk hospital for the postmortem.
