No stop for Venad Express at Ernakulam South starting from May 1

Kottayam: The Venad Express won’t stop at the Ernakulam South Railway Station starting from May 1, 2024. Going ahead, the train will ply on the Ernakulam North route. As per the changes, the 16302 Thiruvananthapuram-Shoranur Venad Express will arrive at the Ernakulam North Station half an hour earlier at around 9:50 AM. Meanwhile, the 16301 Shoranur-Thiruvananthapuram Venad Express will reach the Ernakulam Town Station at 5:15 PM. In the process, the particular train will be arriving at all stations on the Shoranur route starting from Ernakulam at least half an hour earlier. Similarly, the train, starting from the Ernakulam North Station till Thiruvananthapuram, will reach 15 minutes earlier at every station as per the revised timings.
