Adoor: The traffic police here took an unusual approach to discipline private bus employees for not allowing students to board the bus.

The employees of the private bus named 'Union,' which operates on the Pathanamthitta-Chavara route, were made to write imposition as punishment for their rude behaviour towards the children.

The bus employees were required to write, “Will not restrict children from boarding buses or behave rudely towards them” 100 times as punishment. It took them two hours to complete it.

The incident occurred when students, including several girls, tried to board the bus at the Parthasarathy Junction, Adoor. When they tried to board, the bus employees told the students to wait for the next bus. However, when the students insisted on boarding, the worker became agitated and shouted at them.

A video of the incident was shared on social media, drawing widespread attention. Upon seeing the footage, the traffic police decided to take action.

The traffic police, SI G. Suresh Kumar, before letting them go, also issued a stern warning. He informed the employees that if they repeat this behavior, strict actions would be taken, including cancellation of their licenses.
