Vincy Aloshious' allegations are fake and part of a conspiracy, claims actor Shine Tom Chacko

Kochi: Actor Shine Tom Chacko has refuted the allegations levelled by actress Vincy Aloshious, calling her complaint fake. He claimed that the accusations are part of a deliberate conspiracy against him. Shine has submitted his version of events in a statement given to the police.
Vincy Aloshious had earlier alleged that Shine misbehaved with her on a film set while under the influence of drugs. She shared her account through a video on social media.
Vincy said, “When there was an issue with my dress, I went to get it fixed. He also wanted to come with me, saying, ‘I can help get it ready.’ This was said in front of everyone, and it made the situation very uncomfortable. During a scene practice, something white spilled from his mouth onto the table. It was very evident that he was using drugs on set, which created a nuisance for everyone around. It’s one thing to use drugs in personal life, but when it affects your professional environment, it becomes unacceptable”.
The actor, during questioning by police on Saturday in a drug-related case, admitted to having consumed Methamphetamine and Cannabis in the past. His admission came during a detailed questioning, though he denied any wrongdoing on the film set.
Vincy had filed an official complaint with the Association of Malayalam Movie Artists (AMMA), alleging misconduct involving drug use during the filming of Soothravakayam. She also submitted a formal complaint to the Film Chamber in relation to the incident.
