Ravi Pillai gets India’s first Airbus D3 helicopter

Kollam: Popular businessman Dr Ravi Pillai has purchased H145 helicopter manufactured by Airbus. Interestingly, this helicopter is the first Airbus D3 helicopter in India and the first five-bladed H145 helicopter in Asia. 

The helicopter can reach around 22,000 ft. It is designed by Mercedes Benz. There would be no noise disturbance as the chopper is equipped with most modern technology of five rotter blades.

Ravi Pillai informed that he purchased the helicopter intending to develop the health and tourism sector.
