Rahul Mamkootathil in fresh trouble as survivor’s husband moves DGP, CM

Thiruvananthapuram: Rahul Mamkootathil MLA is in trouble again. The husband of the survivor in the sexual assault case has filed a complaint against Rahul. The complaint has been submitted to the Director General of Police and the Chief Minister.

The complaint states that his family life was shattered and that his reputation suffered immensely. It alleged that despite knowing that the woman was married, Rahul established an illicit relationship with his wife. Taking advantage of his absence, Rahul allegedly lured and influenced his wife.

Rahul had claimed that he was trying to resolve issues between the couple. However, the complaint points out that if the intention was to resolve the problem, he should have contacted himself. The complaint also demands that a case be registered against Rahul under BNS Section 84.
