Patriarch Ignatius Aprem II to visit Kerala

Meenangadi: The Patriarch of the Syrian Orthodox church Ignatius Aprem II, will be visiting Kerala. Jacobite Syrian church Malabar President Geevarghese Mor Stefanos said that the Patriarch is visiting Kerala as a part of his 20-day India trip.

Ignatius Zakka I was the last patriarch to visit Wayanad in 1982. On February 1, the patriarch will perform the holy mass at St Peter and St Paul’s Cathedral Meenangadi. He will be accompanied by a group of Metropolitans from different countries. 

The Patriarch will also visit Kozhikode, Thrissur, Ernakulam, Kottayam, Pathanamthitta, and Thiruvananthapuram districts.
