Newlywed found hanging in husband's house in TVM, probe on

Thiruvananthapuram: A newlywed was found hanging at her husband's house on Sunday. The deceased has been identified as Sona, a Panniyode native.  

The incident happened at around 11:30 pm on Sunday. Sona, working at a legal document (adharam) writing firm in Kattakada, got married a few weeks back. Her husband is an auto-rickshaw driver.

She was pronounced dead by the time she reached the hospital. The body was kept at Thiruvananthapuram Medical College for post-mortem procedures. 

Meanwhile, Kattakada Police have registered a case of unnatural death. It is still unclear what motivated the young woman to commit suicide.
