Monson case: Sudhakaran targets CM, says ‘time will hold him accountable'

Kochi: KPCC President K Sudhakaran directed targeted  Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan stating that time will eventually hold him accountable. “Chief Minister believes he can stamp out Opposition leader and KPCC President by slapping cases,” he said.

He alleged that the person who should be in jail is currently serving as the Chief Minister.

Sudhakaran’s statement comes at a juncture when he has been named by Crime Branch as the second accused in the Monson Mavunkal case. 

Responding to the same, Sudhakaran maintained that he had no role in the Mavunkal cheating case and only approached Monson for treating pigment issues around his eyes. Sudhakaran clarified that he was unaware of Monson being a quack, and upon realizing the situation, he had initially planned to file a defamation case against him. However, he later decided against it after Monson pleaded with him. 

He claimed his innocence and confirmed that he will not appear before the crime branch on Wednesday.
