Mathrubhumi News’ G Prasad Kumar wins state govt award

Thiruvananthapuram: Dr G Prasad Kumar, News Editor at Mathrubhumi News, has won the Kerala Government’s award for the best visual media report on industries in the state.

His report on power tiller exports was considered for the award.

A committee of industries department director S Harikishore, Media Academy chairman RS Babu, The Hindu deputy editor AM Jigeesh picked Prasad for the award which consists of Rs 50,000 and a plaque.
