Owner of Lights and Sound company ends life due to financial crisis in TVM

Thiruvananthapuram: A lights and sound company owner committed suicide here due to financial crisis. The deceased is identified as Nirmal Chandran. He was the owner of Maya Sounds company at Murinjapalam here.

The relatives and company staff said that Nirmal ended life due to financial crisis. The company has been closed for the last two years due to Covid situation. With this, Nirmal was running a chicken stall in Varkala for a livelihood. Nirmal was found dead in this shop.

The equipment in the light and sound company was rusting as the shop was closed for a long time. Nirmal had sent several complaints and memoranda pointing out the difficulties. His brother said that he had talked about the crisis with his relatives also.

Nirmal's family includes his wife and two children. His daughter who is a degree student went to college for exam without knowing her father's death.
