Worker dies after ceiling of a house collapses in Kozhikode

Kozhikode: A worker died after the roof of a house under construction collapsed in Kozhikode here on Sunday. Further, three people suffered injuries and were shifted to a hospital. The deceased has been identified as Unni, a native of Theekkuni.

The accident happened on Sunday afternoon. The roof collapsed on the workers while construction work was ongoing on the sunshade in the kitchen area. Unni died on the spot. Bijeesh, Jishnu and Ajeesh were injured.
