Air concourse construction: Yesvantpur - Kochuveli Express fully cancelled

Bengaluru: South Western Railway has announced changes to select train services due to the suspension of Platforms No. 2, 3, 4, and 5 at Yesvantpur station for the construction of an air concourse.

As a result, Train No. 12257 Yesvantpur - Kochuveli Express, which departs Yesvantpur at 20:45, will be fully cancelled on the following dates: August 20, 22, 25, 27, 29, and September 1, 3, 5, 8, 10, 12, 15, and 17, 2024. Similarly, Train No. 12258 Kochuveli - Yesvantpur Express, which departs Kochuveli at 17:00, will be fully cancelled on August 21, 23, 26, 28, 30, and September 2, 4, 6, 9, 11, 13, 16, and 18, 2024. Passengers are advised to make alternative travel arrangements.

The Yesvantpur - Kochuveli Express stops at Yesvantpur Junction, Banaswadi, Hosur, Dharmapuri, Salem Junction, Erode Junction, Coimbatore Junction, Palakkad Junction, Thrissur, Aluva, Ernakulam Town, Kottayam, Changanassery, Tiruvalla, Chengannur, Mavelikara, Kayankulam Junction, Kollam Junction, and Kochuveli.
