AP Abdullakutty slams actor Prithviraj over Lakshadweep row

Kannur: BJP national vice president AP Abdullakutty raised a sharp criticism against actor Prithviraj Sukumaran after the latter took to his social media seeking help for the Lakshadweep natives who are distressed with the new administrator. Abdulakkutty said that the actor is talking nonsense and fabricating fake stories on Lakshadweep.
“Prithviraj has no idea about Lakshadweep other than shooting a movie there. He is fabricating fake stories on the island while residing in Kerala,” he slammed the actor.
“Compared to Kerala, everything goes well in Lakshadweep. Please don’t come to save Lakshadweep,” added the BJP leader.
“Nobody has intervened in the food habits or other matters of the Lakshadweep natives. Non-vegetarian food is banned in schools only. BJP aims at the development of Lakshadweep," pointed out AP Abdullakutty.
Congress has introduced an outdated development in Lakshadweep. We rescued the people from it, he added.
