Court grants bail to MLA MC Kamaruddin in 13 cases

Kanhangad: MLA MC Kamaruddin, accused in Fashion gold deposit scam, obtained bail in 13 cases on Saturday. Hosdurg First Class Judicial Magistrate court has granted bail to the MLA who is currently housed in Kannur central jail.

Following this, the MLA has obtained bail in 123 cases registered against him over the deposit scam.

Amidst this, Bekal police registered three more cases against Kamaruddin.
