KC Venugopal dubs Kerala CM as "Hitler" for using police force against protesters

Alappuzha: AICC General Secretary K.C. Venugopal MP dubbed Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan as "Hitler" for employing the police to quell protests by opposition parties in the state. 

He made the remark while addressing the recent clash between Youth Congress activists and state police personnel during a protest march to the Collectorate in Alappuzha. 

Venugopal chastised the Kerala Chief Minister for sinking to a new low by using police force against Congress workers. He went on to say that denying medical treatment to the injured activists shame even Modi's fascist regime. 

"The police beat up Youth Congress Alappuzha district president Praveen mercilessly. The cops paid special attention to thrash female activists, including state vice president Aritha Babu. In Alappuzha, we saw cops attempting to ensure that no more female workers would now participate in a protest in the state," he said.
