One more person involved in Kannur bomb blast case

Kannur: In an interesting turn of events, police suspect the involvement of one more person in connection with the bomb blast that left a youth dead in Thottada in Kannur. He will be arrested soon.

According to police, Arun, a native of Kadamboor, helped Sanath, who was arrested in the case, to obtain the sword. Police said that Arun is directly involved in the case and was taken for questioning on Wednesday. 

It is also suspected that someone else was involved in making the bomb. Police said it was clear the materials used to make bomb was brought from outside. Police have intensified search for the person. 

Mithun, Akshay and Gokul, made the bomb at Mithun's old house. Police recovered the remains of bombs used for making the bomb. Three bombs were made and one was tested near the house.
