Journey disrupted as window of KSRTC Swift bus breaks after falling into ditch

Palakkad: The journey of several passengers were disrupted as the window of KSRTC Swift bus plying on the Palakkad-Thiruvananthapuram route was damaged. The bus fell into a pit on the road thereby shattering the window. The bus had to return to the depot. 

The bus started journey from the depot at 6 pm. There were cracks on the window when the bus started from the depot itself. The passengers said that the glass broke when the bus suddenly fell into a ditch. 

Though a bus was arranged after a while, the passengers complained that it was not an AC bus.
