Heavy crowd forces Hanan Shaah music event to stop abruptly; 10 hospitalised due to physical discomfort

Kasaragod, Kerala: A music event in Kasaragod on Sunday evening was cut short after a heavy rush of attendees sent 10 people to hospital with minor injuries.
The incident took place during the closing ceremony of an exhibition that had been running in Kasaragod for the past three days.
With hundreds of young people attending the Hanan Shaah-led music event, organisers struggled to control the crowd. Police used lathis to manage the throng.
It is learnt that all 10 admitted individuals suffered only minor injuries. Following the rush, the musical performance was abruptly stopped.
