Relief for KSRTC employees likely as government chips in to resolve crisis

Thiruvananthapuram: The woes of KSRTC employees in connection with the the delay in the disbursal of salary would likely to end soon as the government steps in to resolve the crisis. In a meeting presided over by Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan to discuss the problems pertaining to KSRTC, it has been decided that the employees would be given their full salary in one installment. 

According to the decision taken in the meeting, KSRTC would provide arrangements to disburse the full salary of the employees in one installment every month. The government would chip in with sufficient support for the efforts of KSRTC, said CM. 

Transport minister KB Ganesh Kumar, Finance Minister KN Balagopal, Finance secretary Rabeendra Kumar Agarwal, KSRTC MD Pramoj Shankar and other officials participated in the meeting.
