Monson Mavunkal's ex-manager arrested in financial fraud case

Kottayam: Nidhi Kurian, a former manager of Monson Mavunkal and a social media influencer, was arrested by police in connection with a financial fraud case following a complaint filed by a Vakathanam couple.

Nidhi stands accused of swindling Rs 85 lakh from a couple by falsely promising to sell antiques. Investigations by Vakathanam police revealed that she had received Rs 22 lakh for this purported transaction.

After appearing in court, Nidhi was remanded into custody. The search for other suspects is ongoing.

Nidhi, who hails from Changanassery, gained popularity on social media for her solo all-India car trip. She boasts a sizable following on various social media platforms.
