Fire breaks out at TVS scooter showroom in Thiruvananthapuram; no casualties

Thiruvananthapuram: A major fire broke out at a TVS scooter showroom at PMG Junction early Saturday morning.

The fire was reported around 5 am. Initial reports suggest that a short circuit may have caused the fire. The flames have since been brought under control. However, significant damage has been reported.

Several parts of the showroom were completely gutted. The fire also engulfed vehicles kept for sale, customer vehicles brought in for service, and spare parts stored on the premises. Vehicles kept on the upper floor of the showroom were completely destroyed in the fire.
