VD Satheesan sends defamation notice to EP Jayarajan over his remark on fake video of Jo Joseph

Kochi: Opposition leader VD Satheesan has served a legal notice to LDF Convenor EP Jayarajan for allegedly making defamatory remarks against him on the row over a fake porn video. 

The defamation notice was sent over Jayarajan's remark that VD Satheesan created the fake video of Dr Jo Joseph, the LDF candidate in the Thrikkakara by-election. Satheesan's lawyer Adv. Anoop V Nair has served the notice to EP Jayarajan. 

The notice states that EP Jayarajan must withdraw the statements and issue a public apology to VD Satheesan. The notice also states that if EP Jayarajan does not do as mandated by the notice, legal action will be taken against him as per civil and criminal procedures.
