Nayanar always a source of vigor and vitality, CM remembers ‘dear comrade’ on death anniversary

Thiruvananthapuram: Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan recollected his memories on former chief minister and CPM leader E K Nayanar on his death anniversary. Taking to Facebook, CM said that there is no need for a special date to remember his dear comrade who always remains in his heart as a source of vigour and vitality.

Nayanar had helped Kerala revive from the destruction caused by epidemics like Cholera and Smallpox. It is his guiding light that provides Kerala the strength to continue the fight against the deadly COVID-19 pandemic that has now gripped the world, Pinarayi Vijayan noted.

He also remembered the contributions made by Nayanar to the progress of the society and development of the poor people.
