Customs Commissioner locks horns with CPM; says party trying to intimidate them

Kochi: The Customs and CPM are going to start an open war in connection with the gold smuggling case. Customs Commissioner Sumit Kumar made it clear that a political party was trying to intimidate them but it is not going to work. He reacted through a Facebook post.
The Customs Commissioner put up the Facebook post along with posters of the LDF's protest march. Sumit Kumar, who is in charge of the investigation into gold and dollar smuggling cases, has responded in this regard just before the LDF protest march to Customs offices was to start on Saturday.
Earlier, Sumit Kumar had stated that names of all VIPs involved in the case will come to light. Meanwhile, CPM decided to intensify their protest against central agencies, including Customs, alleging their actions are politically motivated.
