Congress reorganisation: K Muraleedharan downplays internal conflicts, says 'not a new thing'

Kozhikode: Congress leader K Muraleedharan on Sunday said that the national general secretary in charge (Kerala)Tariq Anwar's scheduled visit to the state is not for fixing problems inside the party.
“He is here to attend camps of party block presidents,” said the veteran leader.
Muraleedharan said that in case there are internal conflicts inside the party, then the high command will intervene.
“Reorganisation in Kerala Congress was always filled with controversies. While it was K Karunakaran who was the victim of ‘group’ politics earlier, now V D Sadtheesan has become the target, that’s the only difference,” said Muraleedharan.
He also condemned CM Pinarayi Vijayan’s constant verbal attacks on the media in the state.
