Complaint of misconduct against actor Vinayakan while boarding flight

Kochi: A complaint has been lodged against actor Vinayakan, accusing him of misconduct while boarding a plane. 

The complainant, Jiby James, has petitioned the Kerala High Court to direct Indigo Airlines to take appropriate action. In response, the HC has instructed that Vinayakan be included as a party in the case.

The incident in question occurred on May 27 during a flight from Goa to Kochi. The airline claimed that they were unable to take action since the complaint was made after disembarking from the plane. The Ministry of Civil Aviation also did not initiate any action. 

James, who works at a school in Punjab, approached HC following this.
