Boby tenders unconditional apology, says he won't open his mouth again

Kochi: As controversial businessman Boby Chemmanur tendered unconditional apology before the court following the court's directions, Kerala High Court has settled the case involving. While tendering his apology, Boby has given his assurance before the court that he would not open his mouth in connection with this, again. Representing Boby, his advocate has said before the court that, it was only a 'slip of the tongue' from his part.
The court observed that Boby had acted as if he had won Olympics medal and warned him that don't declare war against the court.
Earlier Boby Chemmanur has expressed his willingness to apologize to the court for his behaviour, which drew criticism from the judiciary. Speaking to reporters, Boby stated that he holds deep respect for the court and has no intention of "playing games" with it.
"Anyone with a basic understanding of the judiciary would never think of playing games with the court. The delay in my release from jail was solely due to the late arrival of the bail order," he clarified.
Earlier, the Court had expressed strong disapproval on the conduct of Boby Chemmanur following the events that transpired after bail was granted in the case filed by Honey Rose. In strong words, the HC questioned why Boby was not released from jail even after the order was issued at 4.45 in the evening. The Court observed that the actions of the accused appeared to be a deliberate attempt to attract media attention, by delaying his release while posing as a protector of remand prisoners.
The High Court has demanded an apology from Boby Chemmanur for orchestrating unnecessary drama by staying in jail despite being granted bail on Tuesday. The court raised pointed questions regarding Boby's behaviour, asking why he didn’t sleep on Tuesday night, why he is advocating for other prisoners, whether he considers himself above the law, and what he had to say upon his release from jail.
