Boby Chemmanur collapses in court, moved to General Hospital

Kochi: Dramatic scenes unfolded in Ernakulam JFCM court on Thursday as Boby Chemmanur collapsed in court as the judge announced the verdict. The incident occurred after his bail plea in the case filed based on Honey Rose's complaint was rejected. The court remanded Boby to 14 days in custody.
After the judge finished reading the verdict, Boby Chemmanur sat on the bench and then collapsed. Following his collapse, Boby Chemmanur has been moved to Ernakulam General Hospital for medical check up.
The Ernakulam Judicial First-Class Magistrate Court rejected Bobby's bail plea. Boby was presented in court around 12:30 PM, and the arguments concluded by 2 PM. Boby remained inside the courtroom for nearly three hours. Following the conclusion of the arguments, the court instructed the police not to take him outside immediately.
While the bail order was being read, Boby, who was standing in the defendant's box, started showing signs of discomfort when the part about remand was read. It is reported that he collapsed due to a rise in blood pressure.
