K Surendran slips during booth-level visit, suffers leg injury

Manjeshwar: BJP State President K Surendran sustained a leg injury on Friday night after slipping while he was on a booth-level visit to various houses in the constituency. 

Though he continued booth-level visits, he experienced leg ache in Saturday morning.

Later, he returned to Kasaragod and met a doctor. As the doctor's suggested rest, Surendran cancelled all his events scheduled for the day. 

It is learnt that injury is not serious.
