IAS rejig in Kerala: Biju Prabhakar appointed new KSEB chairman

Thiruvananthapuram: The Kerala government engineered a major reshuffle in the top echelons of the civil service on Wednesday. 

Biju Prabhakar has been named the new chairman of KSEB, in addition to serving as the Transport Secretary (Aviation, Metro, and Railways). At the same time, Rajan N. Khobragade, the current chairman of KSEB, will return as Secretary of the Health Department.

Mohammed Hanish will be the new principal secretary of the industrial department, and K. Vasuki has been given the additional position of secretary of NORKA.
