Anil Akkara MLA counters cyber-attack in a unique way

Thrissur: Anil Akkara MLA resorted to a new and unique way to counter the cyber-attack against him, in connection with the Life Mission project.
For the past few days, a letter, claimed to be written by a school student named Neethu Johhnson Mankara, has been doing rounds on social media. The letter stated that her family, now staying on Puramboke land, was part of the families selected for Life Mission housing project. She requested the MLA not to pour water on the family’s dreams for his political interests. This had gone viral on social media.
However, Anil decided to reveal the reality behind the letter. He along with Councilor Zairabanu, waited for Neethu on wayside near Mankara from 9 am to 11 am on Tuesday. Anil had earlier taken to social media to notify this and had said that Neethu or anyone who knows her can approach him and he would be waiting.
On Tuesday, he also posted a Facebook Live, while waiting for the girl and said that he would construct a house for the family on the land that was obtained for his wife as family share.
Though Ramya Haridas MP also announced that she would join the MLA, she couldn’t arrive at the said time.
However, no one turned up and the letter is believed to be part of the ongoing cyber campaign against the MLA.
