AICC’s action plan for Kerala ahead of elections; will launch relentless campaign against govt

Thiruvananthapuram: The AICC has prepared an action plan ahead of the upcoming local body and legislative assembly elections. The leadership has decided to launch a relentless campaign against the state government. Following clear instructions from the AICC, the KPCC has developed a multifaceted action plan to effectively engage with youth, first-time voters, and religious and social organisations.
Shashi Tharoor, MP, is likely to lead the campaign to highlight Congress's pro-investment and pro-employment stance. Tharoor will also actively participate in the party’s policy formation in these sectors. V.D. Satheesan and Ramesh Chennithala will raise issues in the legislative assembly, utilising every legislative opportunity to directly address public concerns.
To strengthen the organisational structure in Kerala, KPCC President K. Sudhakaran will hold discussions with former state presidents and senior leaders. The leadership experience of former presidents and others will be used to make important decisions and drive the party forward by strengthening the grassroots foundation. The AICC has also instructed Kerala's young leaders to actively engage in new media campaigns targeting youth and new voters.
