ADGP Vijay Sakhare requests for central deputation

Thiruvananthapuram: Additional Director General of Police Vijay Sakhare has filed a request for Central deputation to the state government. He has requested a deputation to the post of Director General in the Narcotics Control Bureau. Currently, he is serving as ADGP in charge of law and order. 

The Chief Minister have to issue a final order upon the request, which is under the consideration of the state government. 

Vijay Sakhare, who led the investigation of several controversial cases in the state has been a loyal officer to the present government. Another request submitted by Thrissur SP Anup Kuruvila John for Central deputation is also under the deliberation of the government.
