Abnormal reverberations in Kottakkal, locals panic

Kottakkal: The unusual reverberations recorded at Kottakkal and nearby localities spread panic among locals. No official confirmation came up regarding whether it was an earthquake or not. 

The first reverberation was noted on Tuesday at 10.15 pm in Palathara, Edarikode, Ambalavattom, Amappara, Nayadippara, Atteeri and Parappoor. This repeated once again after 20 minutes. 

The locals claimed there were ground vibrations after hearing reverberations. Initially they suspected that the reverberations might have occured due to the construction works of National Highway in the locality.
