3 minor girls missing from Thrissur and Palakkad districts; phone signals trace to Coimbatore

Cheruthuruthy (Thrissur): Three minor girls from Thrissur and Palakkad districts were reported missing on Monday. Two of the girls, from Shoranur in Palakkad district, and the other from Cheruthuruthy in Thrissur district, are students at the same school in Shoranur.

The missing girls have been identified as Shastha, Anugraha and Keerthana.

The girls had left their homes in the morning but did not return by evening. Their families have lodged complaints at the Shoranur and Cheruthuruthy police stations.

The police investigations are underway. Based on mobile phone tracking, their last known location was in Coimbatore.
