'Pinarayi govt surrendered to capitalists': Kozhikode collector receives another threat letter

Kozhikode: The district collector received another threatening letter warning action against the state government. Collector Snehil Kumar Singh received the letter via post on Thursday. The threat letter was sent in the name of 'CPI-ML Red Flag Wayanad Dalam’.

The content of the letter calls for a strong response at the Nava Kerala Sadas against the Pinarayi government "which has surrendered to capitalists and is bent on killing Naxals". An investigation has been launched under the leadership of the intelligence wing to find the source of the letter.

The chief minister along with the other ministers will attend the Nava Kerala Sadas between November 24-26 in the district. On November 14, the collector received a similar letter from CPI-ML, warning the  ‘fake communists' in the state to exercise caution. It also allegedly warned of grave consequences if the police force in the state under the command of Pinarayi continued its hunt for Maoists.
