Saayoni Ghosh and Jeetu Kamal are locked in an explosive public feud over politics, police allegations, and Tollywood power dynamics.

A fierce political and personal clash has broken out between TMC leader and actress Saayoni Ghosh and Tollywood actor Jeetu Kamal, turning social media into a battleground of allegations, counterattacks, and political jibes.

The controversy erupted after Kamal recently spoke out about the growing influence of politics and power in the Tollywood industry amid West Bengal’s changing political atmosphere.

His remarks triggered a sharp and highly detailed response from Ghosh, who accused the actor of being “opportunistic” and behaving arrogantly during a past police station incident involving him and his former wife.

In a lengthy social media post, Ghosh claimed Kamal had misbehaved with police personnel, used celebrity status to demand special treatment, and later sought publicity by involving the media.

She also alleged that despite helping him during difficult moments, the actor later turned against those who stood by him.

The TMC leader further intensified the political angle by accusing Kamal of ‘speaking Left ideology, surviving on TMC’s support, and voting for BJP.’ The remark quickly went viral and became the biggest flashpoint of the feud.

Ghosh also took a swipe at the actor’s public image, warning him against becoming ‘Tollywood’s Kangana Ranaut’ and asking him to stay relevant through his work rather than controversial statements.

Kamal, however, hit back strongly with a detailed rebuttal. Denying the allegations, he claimed neither he nor his ex-wife had called Ghosh for help and accused her of twisting facts.

He further challenged her claims about police escort arrangements and alleged that she had once sent him a WhatsApp message carrying a ‘veiled threat.’

The actor also defended himself against accusations of opportunism and poor behaviour within the industry, insisting no one could prove he had mistreated colleagues without reason.

The ugly exchange has now snowballed into one of Tollywood’s most explosive celebrity-political feuds in recent times, with social media sharply divided between supporters of the two public figures.
