Fire breaks out in taxi on Delhi’s Azadpur flyover

New Delhi: A taxi caught fire on the Azadpur flyover in Delhi on Thursday afternoon, according to an official from the Delhi Fire Services (DFS).

The DFS said it received a call about the incident at around 1:10 pm, following which a fire tender was immediately dispatched to the scene.

Firefighters brought the blaze under control, and no injuries were reported, officials confirmed.

Visuals from the spot showed the vehicle engulfed in flames as emergency teams worked to douse the fire.
