Hyderabad: A software employee has been arrested for allegedly misbehaving with an air hostess on board a flight from Dubai to Hyderabad, police said on Sunday.

According to RGI Airport police, the accused, a Kerala native in his 30s, allegedly touched the air hostess inappropriately while she was serving passengers on Friday. Based on the cabin crew’s complaint, he has been booked for sexual harassment.

Crew members also observed that the man appeared to be intoxicated during the journey. The pilot and ground staff were informed immediately after the aircraft landed.

Following the landing, the passenger claimed that he had misplaced his passport in his seat. When staff searched for it, they reportedly found a handwritten note containing “obscene and abusive” remarks aimed at the cabin crew.
