New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday visited the LNJP Hospital to meet the survivors of Monday's powerful blast near the Red Fort, promising that the perpetrators of the attack will be held accountable.

The Prime Minister arrived directly at the hospital following his return from Bhutan. Officials confirmed that he met and interacted with the injured, wishing them a speedy recovery. He was also briefed by senior officials and doctors on the treatment and condition of the victims.

In a post on X (formerly Twitter), PM Modi expressed his condemnation and resolve, stating: "Went to LNJP Hospital and met those injured during the blast in Delhi. Praying for everyone's quick recovery. Those behind the conspiracy will be brought to justice!"

Later today, around 5:30 pm, PM Modi is scheduled to chair the Cabinet Committee on Security (CCS) and a cabinet meeting to review the situation following the blast. The government is expected to discuss measures to enhance security and prevent such incidents in the future.
