NEET PG 2025 result expected today: Check cut-off, scorecard download link and latest updates

The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) is expected to release the NEET PG 2025 result on Tuesday, August 19. Candidates who took the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Postgraduate (NEET PG) earlier this month can check their results by visiting the official NBEMS website natboard.edu.in.

Over 2.42 lakh candidates appeared for the exam, which was held in a single session across 1,052 test centres in 301 cities.

Where can NEET PG 2025 result be checked?

To view your result, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the NBEMS official portal – natboard.edu.in
  2. Find the NEET PG 2025 Result link in the latest notifications
  3. Click to open the result PDF
  4. Use your Applicant ID or Roll Number to search your result
  5. Download and save the PDF for future reference

The scorecard will be available on the portal for up to six months after the declaration date.

What are the NEET PG 2025 cut-off percentiles?

To qualify for admission, candidates must score at or above the prescribed percentile based on their category:

  • General / EWS: 50th percentile
  • SC / ST / OBC (including PwD under these categories): 40th percentile
  • UR PwD: 45th percentile

Exact cut-off scores in terms of marks will be announced along with the results.

Can NEET PG 2025 marks be re-evaluated?

No. The NBEMS has clearly stated that no re-evaluation, re-checking or re-totaling of the result will be allowed. The result declared will be final and binding.

Are there any rules about exam confidentiality?

Yes. NEET PG is a confidential and proprietary examination. NBEMS has warned that reproducing or sharing any part of the question paper or exam content will lead to cancellation of candidature and legal consequences.
