New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s official YouTube channel has surpassed 30 million subscribers, reinforcing his position as the most-followed world leader on the video-sharing platform.

With this milestone, Modi’s digital presence on YouTube significantly outpaces other international political figures. According to official data, his subscriber count is nearly four times higher than that of former Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro, who ranks second among global leaders on the platform.

The prime minister also has more than seven times the number of subscribers compared to US President Donald Trump, highlighting the scale of his global online reach.

Within India, Narendra Modi’s YouTube subscriber base is considerably larger than that of other prominent political leaders and parties.

His channel reportedly has nearly three times more subscribers than Congress leader Rahul Gandhi. Additionally, the subscriber count exceeds that of the Aam Aadmi Party and the Indian National Congress individually by more than four times.

Officials stated that with over 30 million subscribers, Modi’s YouTube channel currently stands as the most subscribed channel among world leaders.

The YouTube milestone comes shortly after the prime minister achieved another digital benchmark. Last month, Modi crossed 100 million followers on Instagram, becoming the first world leader and politician to reach that number on the platform.
