KSRTC offers free bus travel for SSLC, class 12 students during exams

Bengaluru: The Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) has announced that it will provide free bus travel to SSLC (class 10) and second PUC (class 12) students during their upcoming annual exams.

In a bid to ease the commute for students, KSRTC will allow them to travel for free on City, Suburban, Ordinary, and Express buses between their residences and examination centers. This initiative will be available for students from March 1 to 20 for second PUC exams and from March 21 to April 4 for SSLC exams.

To avail of the free travel, students will need to present their "Examination Admission Ticket" while boarding the bus, the corporation said in a statement.
