Live centipede found in food served at Railway VIP lounge; IRCTC apologises | Delhi man's viral post

A Delhi resident, Aryansh Singh, has shared his experience of discovering a live centipede in a food item served at an IRCTC VIP lounge.

His post on X was a response to a government-endorsed account claiming that the quality of food on Indian Railways has improved in recent years.

Accompanied by a photo of the centipede swimming in a raita, Aryansh Singh remarked, “Yes, for sure, Indian Railway food quality has improved, now they are serving raita with more protein,” alongside the image of the live centipede.

He also joked that everyone who saw his post are still having the same meal.

As Aryansh Singh's revelation went viral, IRCTC responded on X, expressing regret for the inconvenience and requesting details, including the station name and mobile number.
