Aditya Devilal Chautala, the grandson of former Deputy Prime Minister Devilal, contesting as the Indian National Lok Dal (INLD) candidate has emerged victorious in the Dabwali assembly seat in Haryana, defeating Congress party's Amit Sihag of INC, who won the last election in the constituency, by a margin of 56,074 votes. Another major contender here was Digvijay Singh Chautala from the Jannayak Janta Party (JJP), who is the great-grandson of former Deputy Prime Minister Devilal. The counting of votes began at 8 am today in Dabwali and is continuing.
