New Delhi: The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) has temporarily closed 16 metro stations across the national capital until further instructions due to heightened security reasons. The closures come as security measures remain stringent amid ongoing demonstrations organised by the Cockroach Janata Party (CJP).

Affected Stations and Interchange Facilities

According to advisories issued by the DMRC, entry and exit gates at the affected locations have been shut. However, interchange facilities remain accessible at key junctions including Rajiv Chowk, Mandi House, and Central Secretariat.
