Cockroaches 'fly high’ online too: Nearly nine lakh join CJP petition

Fighting against question paper leaks and exam malpractices, the 'Cockroaches' are now flying online as well. Online support is surging for the nationwide protest organised by the Cockroach Janata Party (CJP). As many as 8.41 lakh people have already digitally signed an online mass petition advocating various demands.

The primary demands in the representation include the resignation of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan, compensation of ₹1 crore to the families of students who committed suicide due to exam irregularities, reform of the examination system and the acceptance of Sonam Wangchuk's demands.

Anyone can join the protest by visiting the official CJP website and entering their details to sign the petition. Those unable to attend the protest in Delhi are signing the online petition to ensure their participation, with students and young people making up the majority of signatories. Campaigns encouraging people to join the online protest are also gaining strong traction across social media.

In addition, as concerns grew over the health of Wangchuk during his hunger strike, his supporters began gathering public support through Change.org, an online petition platform. Since July 13, at least 51 petitions supporting Wangchuk and his demands have been launched on the platform, attracting hundreds of thousands of signatures.
