Canopy collapses at Rajkot Airport, third such incident in 3 days

Gandhinagar: Heavy rains led to the collapse of the canopy at the passenger pickup and drop area outside Gujarat's Rajkot Airport, with no casualties or injuries reported. The incident follows the onset of the Southwest Monsoon, which has brought significant rainfall to the state.
In a separate incident, the roof of the Indira Gandhi International Airport in Delhi collapsed early Friday morning, resulting in the death of a 45-year-old car driver and injured six others.
Previously, the roof of Jabalpur airport in Madhya Pradesh collapsed on Thursday due to the accumulation of rainwater. Debris fell onto a parked car, but no injuries were reported.
