LSD network busted: Kerala native nabbed in Gurugram after ₹1.1 crore drug seizure

Shimla: A Kerala native has been arrested by Himachal Pradesh Police for allegedly supplying LSD as part of a narcotics trafficking network uncovered during an ongoing investigation, officials said on Friday.
The accused, identified as Naviel Harrison (27) from Kozhikode in Kerala, was arrested from Gurugram following a probe by the district police, authorities said.
Addressing reporters in Shimla, Additional Superintendent of Police Abhishek Dhiman said the arrest came after police earlier detained two individuals in connection with the case.
On March 10, the district police arrested Sandeep Sharma from Moga in Punjab and Priya Sharma from Sirmaur with approximately 562 strips of LSD (11.57 grams), valued at more than ₹1.1 crore, Dhiman said.

Acting on the findings, a police team moved quickly and arrested the suspected supplier from Gurugram on Friday.
Providing further details, Dhiman said both Harrison and Sandeep had been in contact for a long time through WhatsApp.
“While Harrison used to supply LSD to Sharma, he used to provide cannabis (ganja) to Harrison in exchange,” he added.
Police said further investigation is underway to identify other individuals who may be part of the drug trafficking network.
